Soil Plus is a local, family owned business that has been serving West Hawaii since 1989. Mark Jernigan started Soil Plus to provide superior customer service and products for all landscaping needs on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Mark was joined by his wife Denise in 1991, and in 1992, they opened their first yard in Kaloko by Costco. Their new location enabled them to service customer needs by providing custom soil mix blends for superior landscape plants and gardening results.

Since that time, Soil Plus has grown from one driver to 12 employees. Soil Plus believes their longevity and continued success is not only from its product offerings, which include custom topsoil blends, cinders, compost, rock & sand products, but for their reputation of providing excellent customer service as well.

Soil Plus is home of the original CTH and the 1/3rd Mix topsoil blend, recommended by the top landscape architects in Hawaii.
